[welp. looks like they might have to be creative with landmarks or something. too bad passengers aren't outfitted with standard-issue flare guns or anything.]
so, he takes a picture in the only way he knows how-- just turning on his video feed.
she gets a skewed picture of some scarred-up, one-eyed kid's face, before he fumbles the camera around the other way to show off his surroundings.
it's all sideways and jostling horribly, but she at least gets a view of how far the bar is from the beach, what the surrounding jungle looks like, and what seems like recognizable dwelling cliffs nearby.]
[ It helps a whole hell of a lot, actually. She doesn't know the whole planet as well as she'd like, but it gives her a baseline and she doesn't mind cruising around for a while to locate that particular bar if she has to. ]
Oh, that helps a lot. I'll be right down. Stick around, okay?
[ Yeah, she'll take it as long as the feed isn't disturbed in some violent or terrible manner. Using what she sees, it takes her a bit to find the place but not actually too long. There are enough landmarks to identify the area from above (something she's already good at doing, figuring out how sights on foot would translate to bird's eye view or vis versa) and eventually she's walking into the bar while casting about for the errant drunk textee.
He isn't hard to spot from the crowd, especially not with her comm still on, where she can eventually see herself in the view and head towards it. ]
[he's at the far end of the bar, and there's plenty of space around him. his scarred-up, one-eyed appearance is a little off-putting on a good day... and no one wants to get close to the underage derelict in the bar, just in case he might become their responsibility.
with his arms folded on the bartop, and the side of his face resting down on that, he's staring soullessly at his half-empty drink. he's not doing great.]
[after a slow blink, his brow furrows as he looks her over. he seems pretty confused. who all he talked to on the communicator and what all happened there is kind of a blurry mash in his head.
he doesn't pick up his head or say anything, though. he just stays right where he's at and continues to not look eager about following strange women anywhere.]
[and unlike someone who might be getting drunk because they want to be, he watches her edge his drink away with total apathy. he does not love that drink. if anything... he almost looks relieved to have it away from him.
and when he looks back to her, he's clearly still confused. questioningly, he gestures out the sign for 'home'... which, unfortunately, is mostly just him touching the fingers of one closed hand from the side of his mouth to the side of his face.

Home as in to your ship? I'm a pilot. Tell me where you are right now and I can bring you back.

Hand the comm to the bartender, pretty please?
